I am using a desk review to check my questionnaire.

• To check that my questions are not biased
• That the Questionnaires questions are easy to understand
• I need to check my relevancy to my respondents.

Introduction
Meaningful Title	x
Purpose is clear	x
Indication of how long it will take to complete the questionnaire	x
Clear instructions of how to complete	x
Anonymity statement	x
Questions:
Target Population identified and screened for	x
Does the question meet the purpose and research objectives?	x
Question is clear, easy to understand	x
All possible answers are catered for	x
At least 3 different types of questions (e.g. multi-choice, open, etc)	x
Instructions given where appropriate ie  tick all that apply or tick one only	x
Are any questions repeated or unnecessary?	x
Are there questions missing which would be important for the purpose?	x
Appropriate language, spelling, grammar, etc	x
Questions in logical order	x
Questions will give responses that are easily analysed	x

Things I Could Change And How I Can Fix It

Things I could change in my questionnaire is to have instructions for each sector, At the moment I only have information in the first sector, and more questions to gather more information in my second sector.
I can easily fix this by simply adding more questions to my second sector, as well as instructions for the respondents.
